Ok, so this is going to be my entry into the Claritystamp 'Wee Folk' challenge. It has taken me a long time to muster the confidence to enter this challenge as the artwork is always so unusual and inspirational! xx First of all I tried to emboss the Olive Branch Wreath Stencil with my Grand Calibur but it didn't give a very deep emboss, I think the card I tried was too thick. However, it did leave a delicate impression so I blended pink and yellow Distress Inks (I think it was Picked Raspberry and Mustard Seed) and then spritzed with water and dried with a piece of kitchen paper. I thought this might bring the design out but it was still TOO delicate, so I hand-watercoloured the wreath with Forest Moss Distress Ink. I then stamped the Wee Fairy Folk flowers and sat a fairy atop the flowers, colouring her wings with a Sakura glitter pen and adding a band to her hair. Then used a moon mask and gently blended a Picked Raspberry halo around to give the impression of a moon and popped in some hills with Bundled Sage. I've mounted her in a frame that I traditionally decoupaged. Hope you like it!

  11. Thank you so much for all your encouraging comments. I am very short on time and am not able to update as often as I'd like however, I am attempting to put some time aside to create more projects and challenges and upload on a more regular basis. I have made a mini album and a flower shop which I hope to finish and upload this weekend. xx
